    When DMOS approached Voicebox, it was with a challenge. The brand had invented three revolutionary, groundbreaking shovels for snow, dirt and mud then launched them through wildly successful Kickstarter campaigns. Yet they were challenged with conveying the brand essence and character digitally, through their website and ad campaigns in a way that resulted in sales. At the same time they craved a deeper brand story that would drive conversion and differentiate them in a crowded marketplace. And, they wanted it all in three weeks.

    Our shop worked to shape up their story, pulling from foundational elements such as their 400 five-star reviews, their revolutionary design pillars, their core beliefs and their founder’s story. The result was a story that resonated with their primary demographics in overland, hunt/fish and mountain/rescue/responder based on the truth and character of independence, self-reliance and dependability. We wrapped it all in the ethic of rugged environments, mountain locations and wild lands then synched up the digital ad strategies to focus on mid-funnel customers willing to pay for American ingenuity and America-made quality. The result was a new elevated feel for the brand that was commercially sound but also aligned with their longview objectives.
