As the connection between Voicebox and Stio continued to grow, our shop was tasked with providing brand identity oversight as the brand experienced rapid growth, increased hiring and a huge influx of new customers. Building on the personas our shop developed for the mountain lifestyle brand, we expanded our guidance into the areas of product marketing, catalog creative, naming and content during the high-growth 2020 year. We tackled all of these with a holistic view and perspective on Stio’s deepening connection to its customers through brand, identity and essence—staying true to the founding ethic and values while new customers flocked to a brand and an identity that struck home.
