When iconic brand Stanley reached out to us, it was a blue sky ask to help them completely re-invent and reimagine their brand both creatively and strategically. We built on their powerful new strategic ideation, a rapid growth trajectory and significantly scaling growth aspirations due to new ownership expectations. Based on internal insight, a market landscape analysis and instinct from two decades in outdoor, we dove in to collaboratively create what would become the genesis for a string of successful high-level projects and a new true north for the brand.
We started strategically by creating four personas, adding depth to value statements and developing a manifesto for the brand. Working with visionary internal collaborators, we brainstormed their brand platform then shaped and honed an overall narrative for the greater brand vision into a strategic deck that was rolled out to their North American and Global business units to widespread acclaim and adoption. We were honored when our work was embraced by their board, but even more so to be asked and trusted with such an important project in their drive for dramatic reinvention, wider inclusion and global expansion.
