When the winter booking season for the Montana resort approached, they reached out to Voicebox West to create three powerful brand video narratives that tapped into the essence and emotion of their mountain. Building on the success of our summer brand story work, we worked with talented content manager Patrick Conroy to develop and shape three storylines for three specific customer profiles—the Adventurer, the Family and the Destination.
Aimed at capturing the uplift, the aesthetic and the emotional freedom of skiing at Big Sky during challenging global times, these narratives each crystalized into emotionally resonant themes of Live in the Moment, Find your Line and Share the Joy. Paired with pre-shot footage from Steep Motion, the final scripted voiceover plus inspirational edit fused into digital short stories that spoke volumes. The videos launched to widespread acclaim both as a digital advertising campaign and on the brand’s owned social channels, timed perfectly to fuel the fire of pre-season stoke and destination bookings.
