    With crowded inboxes and digital overload, delivering compelling brand storytelling through email is a challenging ask. Yet, drawing inspiration from our CMH Summer Uplifted digital campaign we pivoted our client’s email creative strategy from fast & light to a deeply immersive campaign that elevated their offering through education and distinction. With two long-form email storytelling campaigns—both an onboarding series and digest series—we built and guided the entire program, working with their email distribution agency to provide design, creative direction, proofing, editing, copywriting, cadence, project management, metric review and strategy.

    The results proved out that our big idea switch delivered on its awareness promise, with 134K sends at a 47% % open rate and an average 3.5% click through rate, both significantly higher than travel industry benchmarks. At the same time, the long form emails 2x’d the client’s owned list and, more importantly, established an elevated brand position in an oversaturated medium. From providing visual depth for the stunning, uncrowded locations to defining mountain hospitality, the campaign built an engaged following while educating and inspiring about a truly unique offering of mountain luxury in the Canadian wilderness.
