    In late 2016, Hydro Flask tasked my creative and account team with orchestrating a cohesive, sophisticated, and effective direct-to-consumer email program for their high-growth brand. The crew harnessed an acute awareness of brand strategy and powerful creative to develop a precise, fully-managed program that increased revenue and brought customers deeper into the Hydro Flask Brand universe. We also launched a series-based welcome program for the brand that created post-purchase, pro series, lapsed customer and brand content cadences with consistent creative themes.
